Federal Reserve Board engages KESDEE Inc to develop and deploy an e-learning portal Risk Management

Press Release Summary: The Board of Governors of the US Federal Reserve System has
selected KESDEE Inc. for developing a customized Knowledge Portal for Risk
Management training. This Risk Management training program is geared to train
examiners to identify, measure, monitor and control risks that arise as a
consequence of a banking organization’s activities. This program is intended to
develop a pool of examiners with sufficient capital markets knowledge to lead
effective corporate-level and business line specific reviews.

Banking and Finance, developed a customized e-Learning Portal for Risk Management
training to the Federal Reserve Board.

The e-Learning courses include prepared modules, actual case studies, exercises,
selected readings and quizzes.

KESDEE’s e-Learning courses are deployed after four months of piloting at Federal
Reserve Board, New York.

These e-Learning courses are used by the entire Federal Reserve System consisting of
Federal Reserve Board and the twelve Federal Reserve Banks.


The risk management portal will have access to all KESDEE’s risk related courses and
certification tutorials. In addition to customizing existing 600 courses, KESDEE
developed eight new courses on Risk Management. KESDEE also undertook competency
mapping as a part of this project.


KESDEE has prior relationship with Federal Reserve Board by conducting instructor
led training programs on all aspects of Risk Management for 5 years
